Need help choosing the best photo?
Please send us a clear front-facing photo of your pet or loved one. Bright, close-up photos usually work best for custom 3D designs.
Shipping Questions
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.
